Who is a good political Leader? A good political leader is one who is capable to take decisions, is determined to work for the betterment, has the willingness to manage & rectify issues, and importantly is up for what is right.  The  political leader should not be worried about his/her position, power, and authority. But should always work for the growth and betterment of  Esan Land and treat the five (5) Local Government Areas proportionally.   A successful leader should have five major virtues:  Discipline Trustworthiness  Courage Humaneness and Intelligence. Collins Aigbogun salutes the people of the local government and all Nigerians. _...commends the people's fortitude, strength, efforts, courage, resilience and peaceful co-existence inspite of the hurdles Nigeria is faced with since independence._ _The Executive Chairman of Esan West local government, Amb. Collins Aigbogun on the occasion of Nigeria's 63rd independence anniversary felicitates with the good people of Esan West and all Nigerians. In the last 63 years of independence, we have continued to build on the gains of successive administrations, and I am convinced that better days are ahead for us as we work collectively towards building a stronger Nigeria of our dreams and for future generations, he said._ _He also noted, a moment like this in the course of our nation’s history is to reawaken the hope and optimistic vision of our heroes past, being  connoisseurs of positive individuals/ governments...
