BOOM... CRISIS IN APC AS GROUP ACCUSED IZE-IYAMU OF USING COURT APPEAL AS FUND RAISING VENTURE TO ENRICH HIMSELF.

OBASEKI: GROUP ACCUSED IZE-IYAMU OF USING COURT APPEAL AS FUND RAISING VENTURE TO ENRICH HIMSELF.

The All Progressive Congress APC Youth Wing in Warri Delta State has accused Pastor Osaigie Ize-Iyamu of abusing Court process and using his constant Court cases in every failed election as a means of fund raising for his sustenance rather than remaining focused on how to galvanize his followers. 

"Dozens of Ize-Iyamu Court cases against Governor Godwin Obaseki that were thrown away and dismissed by the Judiciary in 2016 are the same cases he is picking up against the same Obaseki in 2021. 

According to them, since the september Governorship election in Edo State, Ize-Iyamu's lawyers made their case before scores of Courts; in every instance they failed. It's always dangerous to undermine the integrity of election without evidence. 

The Group maintained that Ize-Iyamu wants attention for himself more than he wants the win. The very future of the All Progressive Congress is on the line. Ize-Iyamu must be discouraged from pursuing further Court cases against Governor Godwin Obaseki the APC Youths warned. 

In a Communique issued after an enlarged Visual meeting, the Publicity Secretary of the Group Mr Onos Onorode said "in 2016 Ize-Iyamu was regarded as a tax collector collecting money from Governor's and PDP Leadership without headway. Today the tide has turn and APC Governors and Party leadership will soon be tasked by the same Ize-Iyamu financial team in their desperation to seek for vain Glory using Court cases as a coverage to exploit party leadership.

The group accused Ize-Iyamu of Using resources realised from the previous failed court cases to buy exotic cars and build large sized houses without occupants and he has deployed same method today to lick the APC both in the State and the federal dry. 

The All Progressive Congress APC at the National Level have endorsed the re-election of Godwin Obaseki and members of the National Working committee have accepted the victory of Godwin Obaseki as a confirmation of President Buharis' determination in living a legacy of transparent elections in Nigeria. Both the President and the APC headquarters have congratulated Obaseki on his election victory since September.  

The group wonders why Pastor Ize-Iyamu is betraying the National Leadership of the party by challenging same election in Court and still seeks to appeal the election result even when he has lost dozens of court cases as it were in 2016. 

They call for the suspension of Pastor Ize-Iyamu from the All Progressive Congress Edo State Chapter immediately in order for the Party not to remain in perpetual misfortune. We must not support the power of force over the power of democracy. When Politics is replaced by deception, drift is inevitable the group noted.

"We think it's time for the Court to fine Ize-Iyamu and the APC an awesome amount of money for wasting its time with frivolous petitions they added.
