Empathy is the ability to understand or feel what other people are experiencing. In other words, they put themselves in other people’s shoes. Extraordinary leaders praise in public and address problems in private.

Barr. Cyril Oriabure is a refined lawyer with a large heart He is the Principal Solicitor of Phronesis Chambers  Port Harcourt, River State. 

He said he wants to make sure all Esan children are in school and that he is going to do more by enrolling them for common entrance Examination .

Having empathy as a leader, goes a long way. At times, leaders need to look after the people's feelings.  This is the kind of Leadership we prayed for in this country.
