2023: Rep Aspirant, Agbator, to set up Scholarship scheme as he releases 7 Point Manifesto.

.....Esan water Project, Education and Security tops Agenda.

One of the leading House of Rep Aspirant for Esan West, Esan central and Igueben Federal constituency, in the 2023 general election in Nigeria, Chief Patrick Agbator, has released a seven points manifesto he will work with when he wins the election.

He stated this recently in a press release signed by campaign organization known as "CHOSEN CAMPAIGN ORGANIZATION" and made available to Journalists, in the state. 

According to him, "It is significant that the legislature which is the unique symbol of our democracy advance its obligation of governance by constantly engaging in those legislative activities that would champion the yearnings of the people who elect them to represent them in the National Assembly for good governance of the National Assembly."

Agbator went further to state that my manifesto is based on 7 Point Agenda.

"They are; first,  Esan water Project, For decades, Esan people  have been in pains as a result of complete lack of drinkable/pipe-borne  Water:

If elected, my priority would be to lobby the Federal Government and relevant development agencies like the Africa Development Bank to get involved in the revitalization of the Esan Water project.

"Second, Health, 

Poor access to basic health care in many communities continues to undermine 

the universal right of our people to live. The livelihood of a vast majority of my people (Esan) solely depends on their well-being as their occupation is largely farming which involves physical labour. On induction into the National Assembly, I will construct and equipped Primary Health Car Centres within my Constituent and attract more health infrastructures aimed at making health care more accessible and free medical care for all, especially for our women and children 

"Third, Security;

Security is one of the biggest challenges facing Esan Land 

and the nation at large. Kidnapping and highway rubbery are the other of the day.  I will remain resilient in moving and supporting Bills that will bring peace and stability to my constituent and work with the executives to eradicate the insecurity menace in the nation at large if elected.

  

"Fourth, Education; I will provide learning materials to primary schools in my Constituent. I will be equipping primary and Secondary Schools with technological educational resources that will help upgrade the  Primary and Secondary school students in comparison to their western peers if elected. Every spare of life today is increasingly been powered by technology and the future of our young ones 

is more secured if we place them on the path of technological know-how and competitiveness.

Speaking further he said, "Fifth, Agriculture;

  Annual provision of Agro-Chemicals and Fertilizers for enhanced agricultural performance and productivity in the Okpebho Constituency and there is every need for diversification of rural economies to ease competition for fixed natural resources which often disposes communities to conflicts. Through legislation and Constituency   development,  I will also ensure that little bridges and routes linking rural communities with urban centers are put in motorable shape to ensure proximity of goods to urban centers to boost 

revenue of local dwellers. 

"Sixth, Job Creation;

 If elected, I will always lobby and secure jobs for my Constituent, build   Skill acquisition centers for training and empowering Youths and Women with SMEs for self-sustenance and to help alleviate Youths restiveness. 

While the seventh point agenda in manifesto is to set up Scholarship scheme; he said, "I will institute scholarship schemes that will specifically target low-income families who would otherwise be unable to afford education for their children.
