*------ Let The PDP in Esan West and indeed, Esan Land take a Position* 

It has come to the notice of the members of the Peoples Democratic Party -- PDP in Esan West that an Aspirant of the party by name *Elder Chief Patrick Agbator, JP* invited the Party statutory Delegates from the LGA and the various wards in the LGA for a familiarisation and consultation meeting on Monday the 7th of March, 2023, with due regards to the party structure, and which meeting was widely circulated to the invitees through the party structure. 

Unfortunately, it was observed that during the meeting, all the invitees, including the LGA Executives were in attendance, *except those from Iruekpen Ward-6* where no single delegate or invitee was in attendance.  

Also, it was observed that the LGA women leader - Mrs. Irior aka OPC-1 subtly called all the women leaders from the various wards in a guise to strategize together before going for the meeting and held them down as hostages to ensure they never attended that meeting. And at the count of attendees in that meeting, no single women leader from the various wards in the LGA was allowed to attend the meeting, as no single delegate from ward-6 Iruekpen attended the said meeting. 

Of most important note, Both the Incumbent House of Representatives Member from the constituency, The State House of Assembly Speaker, and the said LGA women leader are both from *Ward-6, Iruekpen, in Esan West LGA*. 

The question begging for answer now are;

First, Must every power now resides in Ward-6, Iruekpen? Without which, every roof must be pulled down? 

Secondly, since every power presently resides in Ward-6, Iruekpen, does it mean nobody must contest against them? 

Again, and of utmost importance; now that they did their best to prevent their delegates from answering the call from other Aspirants, should other delegates from other wards ever answer or respond to their calls again? "I think That will be political foolishness.

As stakeholders, we think every Aspirants from that ward for now deserves to be dealt with the same measure they and their delegates melted against other Aspirants and the delegates from the other Nine "9-wards" in the LGA using their privileged positions, at least to serve as deterrent against others that would want to use their privilege positions to subjugate others in future.
