OVER 100 members of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in ward2 Ewohimi Esan South East  Local Government Area, Edo State, have defected to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Receiving the decampees of PDP in Esan South East  LGA Ward 2, the Chairman of the party assured the new members that “There shall be no segregation of members, be they new or old members. There shall be equal treatment of all members”.

While appealing to the new members to stand firm, he said the PDP was committed to carrying its members along in the party’s scheme of things.

The spoke person of the decampees,  Elder Elvis osariemen itepu, said they join the people's Democratic Party (PDP) to support their son Kingsley Osariemen to take the party to the next level together.  and they prayed that their son Becomes the next local government chairman because he is the best man for Esan South East local government job. 

The ward 2 chairman thanked the new members and urged them to remain resolute and united, noting that Governor Obaseki is a listening governor.
