 Hon Fidel Odiase has all it takes to take Esan West to the next level. 

He further said from the general appraisal of *Amb.  Fidelis Odiase* leadership style and his family background, he is the Best man for the job and the Esan West constituency need a smart and good governance-oriented person like Hon Odiase at this critical time.
