CHIEF. PATRICK AGBATOR SALUTE COURT JUDGEMENT AS FEDERAL  HIGH COURT UPHOLDS ASUE IGHODALO  CANDIDACY

 rejoiced with the Asuelites and PDP family, says the judgment by the federal high court today upholding the Candidacy of ASUE IGHODALO is a victory for justice.

I am glad that the federal high court said the plaintiff has no case in the first instance so this 
  judgment is a firm confirmation that the Edo State governorship primary was transparently conducted by the  National Working Committee (NWC) in strict compliance with the provisions of the PDP Constitution and Electoral Guidelines as provided by the Electoral Act and the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 (as amended).
