The Speaker of Edo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Marcus Onobun has said that the House under his leadership is fully in tune with the M.E.G.A Agenda of the Executive led by Governor Godwin Obaseki.

According to the Speaker, the M.E.G.A agenda, which has prioritize the revamping of the infrastructural decay across the state, is an agenda that will fast-track the infrastructural development in the state which will in turn attract investors to Edo State. 

Since Rt. Hon. Marcus Onobun assumed office as the Speaker of EDHA about four months ago, there has been massive and various infrastructural development ongoing within the legislative quarters and the Anthony Enahoro office complex at Kings Square. 

These are projects ranging from installation of street lights, renovation of Honorable Members’ Lodge, 2 security posts, etc. 

Today Wednesday 10th February, upon the successful completion of installation, the new street lights have been powered to light up the Lodge.
